Workshop summary: We know what motivates us and the meaning we give to our work is part of the personal good and therefore of the common good. At the same time, social sustainability is a challenge for all of us today. The aim of the workshop is to work on the interplay between the intra and interpersonal spheres that affect decision-making in daily activity. Each participant will obtain a diagnosis of their motivations, the meaning of their work and its social scope. As a result, you will be able to revise the way you conceive your profession as a tool for personal flourishing and social service.
Speakers: Paloma Alonso-Stuyck (Universitat Internacional de Catalunya), Rubén Porcuna Enguix (Universitat de València), Rita Jácome López (IECO-UV Chair of Business Ethics).
