1.- 1st year enrolment New students

1.3 - Enrolment in English Teaching Groups

ADE: 
If you wish to be part of the teaching group in English, you must enrol in group IA on the date of your enrolment appointment, if places are still available.
New students will enrol in the same order that they were accepted during the pre-registration process.

ECO:

If you wish to be part of the teaching group in English, you must enrol in group IJ on the date of your enrolment appointment, if places are still available.
New students will enrol in the same order that they were accepted during the pre-registration process..

GIB:
In order to enrol in the English Teaching group for the GIB degree, the application form must be completed within the enrolment period, via email to: docenciaingles@uv.es. The application must be accompanied by an official language level certificate of B2 or higher or indications that the student will take the Language Test in the Languages Centre

FIC:
In order to enrol in the English Teaching group for the GIB degree, the application form must be completed within the enrolment period, via email to docenciaingles@uv.es. The application must be accompanied by an official language level certificate of B2 or higher

1.4 - Part-time enrolment In order to apply for a part-time enrolment, you must mark the option during the enrolment process

They are not in person. Through the computer programme, vacancies will be allocated and the interested parties will be notified.

1.8 - Start of classes: 16 September 2024
 Attention 1st year students of the Undergraduate Degree in: Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics (ECO), Finance and Accounting (FIC) and International Business (GIB). 
Look over your timetable. If you are enrolled in the module  "University Integration"”, a compulsory module, you will begin classes on MONDAY 9 September.

2.- 2nd year and higher enrolment

2.1 - Enrolment date requests, students NOT enrolled in previous years. Online Office EST_CONEST Procedure From 10 June to 10 July 2024
2.2 - Enrolment Appointment In order to improve the organisations of the enrolment process, those admitted students have been appointed a specific day and time that you will be able to check through the Service Portal starting on 17 July 2024.

2.3 -  2nd year and higher enrolment for Undergraduate Degrees

 2.4 - Petitions for students who find themselves in one of the following situations:

  1. Enrolment in more than 36 credits
  2. Enrolment in more than 72 credits to complete degree requirements
  3. Exemption from the terms of continuance
  4. Enrolment after failing 6 exam attempts
  5. Enrolment in elective modules after completing the degree requirements

2.6 - Part-time enrolment In order the access the part-time enrolment, you must mark the option during the enrolment process.

2.7 - Enrolment modifications for 2nd years and higher. Group changes, cancelations and additions:
From the date of your enrolment appointment until the 31 July and from 3 to 9 September you can make changes to your self-enrolment via the Service Portal.
From 10 to 30 September, changes and modifications will only be permitted for justified causes, keeping in mind the availability of places in the groups. The request can be made through TiquetingUV.

 Students are only allowed to make one change request at a time.
Only changes in enrolment for the first and second semester and annual subjects can be made during this period.

3.- Master's Degree Enrolment

ENROLMENT FOR NEW STUDENTS

Ordinary pre-registration phase - enrolment

  • From 15 to 22 July 2024 Online enrolment period (self-enrolment) for new students with applications accepted on 12 July 2024 in the admission procedure for university master’s degree courses and who have accredited the completion of the studies that give access to the master’s degree.
  • From 25 and 26 July 2024 Online enrolment period for new students on the waitlist from the 24 July 2024 and who have accredited the completion of the studies that give access to the master’s degree.
  • From 29 to 31 July 2024 Online enrolment period for students admitted by phone call from the waitlist.

Extraordinary pre-registration phase - enrolment

  • On 18 and 19 September 2024: The period of online enrolment is for new students with applications accepted on 17 September 2024 in the admission procedure for university master’s degree courses and who have accredited the completion of the studies that give access to the master’s degree.
  • From 20 to 27 September 2024: Online enrolment period for students admitted on waitlist call and, if applicable, enrolment for students yet to complete their studies.

2ND YEAR STUDENTS

Students who were previously enrolled can enrol for their 2nd year of higher may enrol for the remaining credits in any of the abovementioned enrolment periods.
