The accomplishment of the already abolished agreement on work condition from 2004 (ACT), and according to what is stablished in the section 5 (it is possible to consult the abolished text in this link agreement_and appendix I), last 10 January 2005 the IT system of time management (GDH from now on) came into force, together with the reduction of the working hours and flexible timetable.

The GDH computer application was presented in different sessions to the staff responsible of the services, centres and units, and an example of its functioning is available in this link for users that will also be useful to start its use for new people working as PAS in the UVEG, and in this other link for managers (Spanish).

With the entry into force last 1 January 2013 of the new Regulation of the Working Days and Timetables of the PAS Staff of the UVEG (from now on RJH) in its 2.1 section, the flexible and continuous working day, in the morning turn for the PAS of its scope of application, keeping the double working turn for the people who currently have it established. In the same way, in its additional disposition the UVEG management is authorised to develop the needed instructions to adequate the application of this regulation to the GHD computer application.

Practising the conferred faculties by this regulation, the management stablished the regulation instructions on the management of the working hours in the Universitat de València that will be training and working tool for all within the day working time management of the GDH management.
