You can now check the languages learning programmes for the University staff during the academic year 2025/2026. Many activities are offered to improve your Catalan and English and to learn many other languages. Don't get left behind, we are the most multilingual University!
- At the languages learning centres you will find all the material and advice you need for your learning process, as well as learning and cultural activities
- Conversation groups for Catalan, English, French, German and Italian
- Free face-to-face or online Catalan and English individual tutoring, only for teaching and research staff
- Grants for language courses and exams
- Free Catalan and English courses at the work place (you must apply for a grant)
- Free courses of Catalan, English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Arabic, Korean, Japanese and Russian at the Centre d'Idiomes (you must apply for a grant)
- Free Chinese courses at the Confucius Institute (you must apply for a grant)
- Language exchanges with international students via our virtual community
- Online resources for learning Catalan, English, French and German
