The present syllabus for the Degree in Political Sciences and Public Administration came into force in the academic year 2010-2011, progressively year by year. For the purposes of the provisions of article 11.3 of Royal Decree 1497/87, of 27 November, the teaching of the fifth year has been abolished for the academic year 2014-2015 and, consequently, the syllabus leading to the official degree in Political Sciences and Administration at the Universitat de València, published in the Official State Gazette of 5 August 2005, has been declared extinct. In order to pass the subjects failed in the 5th year, students have four ordinary exams (two in 2014-2015, two in 2015-2016), plus one extraordinary exam (2016-2017).

Pursuant to the provisions of article 11.3 of Royal Decree 1497/87, of 27 November, in the academic year 2014-2015, the teaching of the fifth year has been abolished and, consequently, the syllabus leading to the official degree of Bachelor in Law at the Universitat de València, published in the Official State Gazette of 20 November 2001, has been declared extinct. In order to pass the subjects failed in the 5th year, students have four ordinary exams (two in 2014-2015, two in 2015-2016), plus one extraordinary exam (2016-2017).
