A debate on the new Mediation Law of the Valencian Community (Alacant)
On the occasion of the writing of the Preliminary Project of Mediation Law in the Valencian Community, whose draft is still in the process of public information, the Regional Ministry of Justice, Public Administration, Democratic Reforms and Public Liberties believes it is essential to make the debate between the different claimants (administration, mediation entities, collectives, professionals and experts) easier. This debate will be about some of the most complex matters in the text that can, at the same time, contribute to its improvement, its good development and practical implementation from legislative quality parameters in the normative text that is now being processed.
