The new 35/2014 Law has extended the competencies of the Friendly Societies in issues as basic as the protection for accident at work and for the control of medical leaves. Specialisation course in the field of Labour and Social Security Law.
It aims being a specialisation course in the field of Labour and Social Security Law, from a legal viewpoint, with special attention to the aspects of the recent 35/2014 Law of Friendly Societies management.
On the other side, the objectives are to deal with the responsibility problems in their different aspects, civil and of administrative responsibility, that the Accident at Work represents.
