The academic degree committees collaborate in the organisation of teaching and ensure the academic coherence of the corresponding degree programme.

FUNCTIONS

The functions of the academic degree committee are (Art. 31 of the Modified Internal Regulations ACGUV 24/2019):

a) Prepare the proposal for the organisation of the academic year, taking into account the criteria established by the Governing Council and the proposals of the departments. This proposal must specify the language in which the course will be taught.
b) Coordinate and supervise the teaching programme of the departments involved.
c) Prepare and distribute the necessary documentation to guide and inform students about the curriculum, optional subjects and free-choice subjects.
d) Issue a report on the proposed timetable and allocation of spaces.
e) Prepare an annual report on the teaching activity carried out during the academic year, in accordance with the objectives of the degrees, which must be sent to the Centre's management and the members of the Centre's board.
f) Propose a resolution, after receiving the report from the relevant departments, on requests for partial validation of studies.
