According to the provisions of art. 13.6 of the Regulations for the transfer and recognition of credits from the University of Valencia, the decisions of recognition of credits established on the basis of what is stated in these rules shall be considered as precedent rules and shall be applied directly to new requests that match the same academic situations. These records should be made public on the websites of the centers responsible for certification prior to the start of the period for submission of applications.
