31 de març, 12:30-14:00 (Aula 2). "Ethical behavior at work: The interplay of organizational culture and trust" (Juliana Porto, Institute of Psychology, University of Brasília).
Resum: This talk examines how ethical programs and organizational culture promote ethical behaviour at work. First, we will define (un)ethical behaviour at work. In order to support evidence-based practices, we will discuss business ethics in relation to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and summarize research on organizational culture, trust, and unethical behaviour.

20 de juny, 10:00-12:00 (Saló de Graus). "Personality at work in sport across geographic borders: Perfectionism, motivational needs and performance views in Spanish and Italian athletes" (Arnaldo Zelli and Luca Mallia, University of Sport and Movement Sciences of Rome).
Resum: The presentation will briefly overview personality and motivational frameworks traditionally called upon in behavioral research. It will then summarize the goals, the design, the findings and the implications of an investigation focusing on perfectionism and performance views among Italian and Spanish athletes. The investigation overall proposes that perfectionism influences athletes’ performance views by shaping their motivational experiences.
