RESEARCH MANAGEMENT SERVICE

Through of the previous appointment service you can request an appointment in any of the sections of the Servei de Gestió de la Gestió de la Investigació. If you need information about the different sections or staff, you can consult our organisational chart.

Below are some brief indications of how this system works.

To request an appointment:

• The R&D&I Resources and Programmes Section, click here.
• The Subsidised R&D&I Section, click here.
• The Financial Control, Audit and R&D&I Structural Funds Section, click here.
• SGI Technical Secretariat, click here.

You must sign in, and once you access the section's web page, you must select the service you wish to receive. You will then be able to select the person you wish to make the appointment with as well as the date and time, depending on availability.

You will receive an e-mail confirming the appointment at the address indicated in your request. You can cancel or change your appointment at any time.
