GVA Education, Universities, and Employment has published the Call for Proposals for the Programme to Promote Scientific Research, Technological Development and Innovation in the Valencian Community. This call includes grants for attracting European projects or other international programmes, as shown in Annex XII:

Grants for attracting European projects or other international programmes

The objective is to encourage the participation of researchers in European programmes and other international R&D&I calls. The grant will help cover the costs incurred prior to submitting the application for participation in calls under the European Union's research and innovation (R&I) framework programme, Horizon Europe, as well as other international programmes that fund R&D&I activities. In case that the proposal submission takes place in 2027, two annuities must be requested.

Elegible expenses:

  • Consulting, intended exclusively for the preparation of the proposal, but not exceeding 30 percent of the total amount of the grant or 50 percent in duly justified cases that must be authorised.
  • Travel, food and accommodation for attendance at congresses and conferences, visits and short stays of the research staff who will be part of the group or consortium that will sign the request and which must appear in the justification of the expense, with the limits that for said concepts are established in the regulations of the Generalitat on compensation for reasons of service.
  • Other expenses necessary for the preparation and submission of the proposal: translation services, graphic design, and other similar services.
