• Investigar e intervenir en el diseño, el desarrollo y la evaluación de prácticas pedagógicas hacia las artes y la cultura, hacia una construcción social más justa, a diferentes edades y contextos sociales, así como entornos formales e informales de educación.
• Investigar de manera profunda las bases sobre las cuales el arte construye conocimiento a través del pensamiento artístico y del acto artístico, en las diferentes formas de expresión.
• Desarrollar metodologías de investigación educativa basadas en las artes desde la interdisciplinariedad. Asesorar y llevar a cabo actividades de formación sobre las artes y la cultura en coordinación con agentes sociales, colectivos, ONGDs, asociaciones, espacios culturales, CEFIRE y otros organismos.

• Abordar problemas de investigación de cariz socioeducativo hacia las artes y la cultura desde las sinergias producidas por diferentes áreas de conocimiento.
