Remodelling of the open access classroom on the ground floor of the South Classroom Building

The Faculty of Economics’ teaching needs require new classrooms.
The space of an open access computer room located on the ground floor of the South Classroom Building, next to the Tarongers’ Campus Unit, will be used.
The classrooms will be used for the Master’s programmes of the Faculty of Economics.
Initial area: 200 m2
The remodelling includes:
- two 50 m2 classrooms for 24 students;
- a common room in the middle of the classrooms;
- a new door on the south façade;
- new windows in both classrooms.
Work to be carried out:
- Demolition of the old distribution. Removal of the granite cladding and the louvered ceiling.
- Smoothing of walls. Installation of new electrical, air conditioning, lighting and fire protection systems.
- Installation of removable roof

Preparation by the SCA of the table of characteristics annexed to the specific administrative clauses (PCAP) and revision of the PPT
