Arriving at the Universitat means new experiences for students. New classmates, new teaching staff, a different learning environment and also information about university regulations that are important to know in order to make informed decisions. Being very aware of the changes that the incorporation to the Universitat implies, from Academic Trajectories we work to reinforce actions that accompany and help in a better experience and results of the students at the Universitat de València.
We work on actions to accompany the incorporation and reinforce the link with the university studies started and with the institution, on mentoring actions, on training actions to make better use of time when studying and to reinforce skills, as well as on training actions aimed at teaching staff and university personnel to improve their attention in processes of accompanying students.
In addition, we are working on future actions related to broadening access to the University for under-represented students, to offer new opportunities in initiatives to support complex trajectories and in the design of itineraries that make studies more flexible from a perspective of equity.
