  • Signatory: Person with responsibility for signing a document. His/her main need is focused on signing/rejecting documents and consulting/organising documents that he/she has already signed.
  • Manager/applicant: Person who, as a result of his efforts, has a document to be signed by a signatory and must therefore be able to submit it for signature by electronic means.
  • Reviewer: Person trusted by a signatory (may be a manager) whose responsibility is to review the content of a document addressed to that signatory. The result of such a review may be an approval (not a signature) or a rejection. Not all documents addressed to the signatory may require review.
