Both REDfirma and GENfirma are internal management procedures used by UV management units to send documents to the Director's signature folder. Only authorised persons in the unit can access and only signers who have been previously authorised can sign.
Specifically, REDFirma allows documents to be sent and received for signature. The signature displays with NO PREVIOUS POSITION. By default, it is embedded at the bottom of the document, but different options are available: first page, all pages, last page.
