- Reusable aluminium bottles are available for purchase.
- All tableware (cutlery, plates, glasses, and cups) is made of reusable materials.
- Disposable tablecloths are prohibited on both tables and individual trays.
- Food and drinks taken outside the premises are delivered in compostable packaging.
- Two waste separation points are available: for organic waste, paper and cardboard, and light packaging.
- Active communication of sustainability and nutrition measures via digital signage.
- All fruits, vegetables, and greens served are fresh and seasonal, every day.
- All coffee, teas, instant cocoa, and chocolate bars are fair trade.
- A salad or vegetable dish is always available as a main first course and as a side dish with the two main dishes.
- Two fruit options are offered as desserts every day.
- A guaranteed selection of natural fruit juices, fresh fruit, and healthy nuts for snacking between meals.
- Every two weeks, all vegetables and greens on the menu come from organic farming.
- Citrus fruits (tangerine, orange, lime) come from the Valencian Community, with “Valencian Citrus” PGI or CAECV certification.
- The menu does not include drinks, which are paid for separately to encourage water consumption from fountains.
