The Office of the Vice-Principal for Lifelong Learning, Teaching Transformation and Employment is organising, through UVjob and the UV General Foundation, the Employment Forum of the Universitat de València which, on 23 February, will take place at the Faculty of Geography and History, from 9:30 a.m. to 6:15 p.m., in different spaces of the centre according to the programme.
This meeting aims to foster and promote the employability of future graduates of the Faculty, connecting students and the employment opportunities offered by the documentary, archival, academic and educational sectors. Thus, it will also have the participation of around twenty companies and entities, including Fundació València Activa, LABORA-GVA, and the Association of Valencian Archivists and Document Managers, as well as professional associations, centres for the preparation of competitive examinations, research chairs and trade union organisations.
The Forum is aimed at undergraduate and master’s degree students, who will be able to:
- get an insight into the reality and business culture of the sector,
- obtain crucial information for their decision making with regard to their professional insertion
- and directly interact with their future employers.
For their part, the participating entities will be able to:
- meet and make contact with highly qualified profiles,
- position themselves as a company that seeks out and values talent
- and identify themselves as companies committed to the development of our society.
To participate, all you have to do is register on the website of the Forum.
