One of the most important values of UVjob is the quest to achieve the highest quality and continuous improvement. To ensure this quality, several mechanisms are at work, like satisfaction questionnaires for users of UVjob and also we keep in mind all suggestions about our services to improve continuously.
This is why in 2006 the quality management unit got their first quality certificate according to the ISO 9001 standard. This certificate has been awarded for activities like labour integration studies or about the demand of the employers and service of career counselling for graduates and undergraduates of the Universitat de València.
Quality Policy
UVjob’s Quality Policy is based on the following principles:
- Developing useful competences for Universitat de València graduates and undergraduates’ labour integration.
- Promoting training for Universitat de València students especially in areas that boost their possibility to get jobs.
- Leveraging job placement of UV graduates in their specialty.
- Offering counselling and occupational guidance adapted to the needs of users.
- Using the possibilities of new information technologies for training, to provide information, counselling and occupational guidance.
- Doing research on job placement for UV graduates and providing information to the university community and society in general.
