All our research activity is aimed at the achievement of human rights for all people without distinction, prioritising social challenges of international consensus. White Rose incorporates a dialogical perspective in the development of all its contributions in education, feminism and masculinities, as well as in its methodological developments in the search for political and social impact. In the socio-educational field, it works on the identification, transfer and creation of Successful Educational Actions and other types of education based on scientific evidence for a wide range of contexts and public policies. The research covers the plurality of people who live together in societies, paying special attention to the most vulnerable and discriminated groups. In line with the research groups with the greatest impact in the field of education worldwide, we believe that if we want to improve educational outcomes in all its dimensions and for all people and children without distinction, scientific evidence must play a fundamental role. In the field of the eradication of violence and gender violence, we advocate for work in the preventive socialisation of violence and gender violence from the age of 0. We work to identify, transfer and co-create with citizens involved in actions that can have the greatest impact at all ages to eradicate violence from human relationships. In line with the previous lines, this group incorporates an express line of research on feminism and masculinities from a dialogical approach, in which all voices in favor of equality and the eradication of gender violence have a place, regardless of their race, religion, ideology, etc. From this dialogicity, the incorporation of scientific evidence of social impact is considered essential to the contributions that we make from research to feminism and masculinities and to the preventive and formative processes that are carried out in a wide range of contexts and institutions, as well as in guiding public policies. White Rose Research Center incorporates the advances made in the field of knowledge co-creation, equality, gender and human rights approachs and the inclusive dissemination of science into its scientific and ethical principles in all its research and contributions. In this line, it is a multidisciplinary vocational centre and prioritises work with people of different ethnicities, genders, ages and social classes.
