A student representing the Faculty of Economics of the University of Valencia among the ten winners of the 4th Economics Spanish Olympics

The 4th Economics Spanish Olympics were held from June 27 to 29 at the Faculty of Economic and Business Sciences in Albacete (University of Castilla-La Mancha).

84 students from 2nd year of Bachiller representing 28 public universities nationwide have participated in the tests. Participants had been previously selected in the local phases of the Olympics that took place between March and June in the different participating centres.

The student Jesús Leandro HENAO BERMÚDEZ, from IES 25 D’ABRIL (Alfafar) has ranked seventh.

Valencia was represented in the competition held in Albacete by a team of six students selected in the Local Phase of the Economics Olympics held in Valencia on March 31, 2012. The test is organized jointly by the Faculty of Economics of the University of Valencia and the Faculty of Business Administration and Management of the Technical University of Valencia.
