During your exchange at the University of València, you must request some important documents at your arrival and at the end of your stay. This is a reminder of the main certificates you need.
- CERTIFICATE OF ARRIVAL AND ATTENDANCE
When you arrive at the University of Valencia, after the welcome session organized by the International Relations and Cooperation Service, you will receive an email from entreu@uv.es with your Certificate of Arrival at the UV. The certificate received by email is an official document with a valid digital signature and verification stamp. Students arriving at a later date can request it, if necessary, through TiquetingUV-Uvinternacional, providing their boarding pass or equivalent document as proof of their date of arrival in Valencia.
Direct access to the form
You must also request the Certificate of Attendance when you finish your exams at the UV, which is the date on which your mobility period ends. In any case, no Certificate of Attendance will have a date later than the last day of the semester, even if you request it later. You can find the academic calendar here
You can apply for the Certificate of Attendance online. Check the guide here
- TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS
To download your official and free TOR you will get an email with the instructions to follow. However, you can check them out here. Please, don’t request your TOR since at least one month after you held your last exam to make sure your grades have been correctly processed and included on it. Moreover, we recommend checking first that all your records are ready in secvirtual.uv.es Bear in mind no Spanish course taught at the Language Centre of the UV will appear in your TOR, you must request your certificate separately.
