During your exchange at the University of València, you must request some important documents at your arrival and at the end of your stay. This is a reminder of the main certificates you need.

  1. CERTIFICATE OF ARRIVAL AND ATTENDANCE

On your arrival to the University of València, you will get an email from entreu@uv.es with your Certificate of Arrival to the UV; it’s an official document with digital signature and a verification code. If you require a specific template of certificate from your home university and you need it signed, please forward it to incodocs@uv.es

You must apply for the Certificate of Attendance when you finish your exams at UV, which is when your exchange period ends. In any case, June 28th is the day which all academic activities conclude. Therefore, no Certificates of Attendance will contain a date of departure later than June 28th, although you can request it later.

You can apply online for your Certificate of Attendance. Please, check the guideline here.

  1. TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS

To download your official and free TOR you will get an email with the instructions to follow. However, you can check them out here. Please, don’t request your TOR since at least one month after you held your last exam to make sure your grades have been correctly processed and included on it. Moreover, we recommend checking first that all your records are ready in secvirtual.uv.es Bear in mind no Spanish course taught at the Language Centre of the UV will appear in your TOR, you must request your certificate separately.
