Dozens of researchers and entrepreneurs participate in the first edition of IntMeet - Knowledge Transfer Forum

The first edition of IntMeet - Knowledge Transfer Forum, held in a hybrid format in London, welcomes dozens of researchers and entrepreneurs interested in university-industry research and innovation transfer.

The program, which took place on December 6 and 7, 2021, brought together Salvatore Tomaselli (Università degli Studi di Palermo), Alvaro Miguel Cabrero (TRL+), Gaia Marchisio (Kennesaw State University) and Diego Loras Gimeno (Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, Deloitte). In addition, it included one-to-one mentoring sessions.

All in all, RESOCEM - Research Society on Entrepreneurial Motivation presents its division focused on knowledge transfer after also launching this year ICEM - International Conference on Entrepreneurial Motivation and SOMEF - Social Mentoring on Entrepreneurial Fundraising, dedicated to academic research and consulting, respectively.

In the words of Lola Garzón, Faculty of Economics Vice Dean of Entrepreneurship and Relations with Companies and General Co-Director of RESOCEM: "We are proud to be able to work with such talented young people, convinced of the opportunities that the university offers them to contribute to a better society". In addition, Pau Sendra, Program Deputy of RESOCEM, pointed out: "We are planning to hold an annual IntMeet meeting, in an international city and with an academic partner of reference, to give knowledge transfer the central role it deserves".

This event is supported by the University of Valencia, the entrepreneurship division UVemprén, and the Generalitat Valenciana, through the project GV/2021/121.
