Diagnostic Report for the 4th Equality Plan
Diagnosis for the preparation of the 4th Equality Plan of the University of Valencia (UV)
This diagnosis consists, on the one hand, of the data collected by the Equality Unit from the Equality Observatory:

And, on the other hand, of studies prepared to analyse the indicators and areas required for the diagnosis:

The diagnosis of the Staff Equality Plan has followed the provisions of Organic Law 3/2007 on Equality, as amended by Royal Decree-Law 6/2019 of 1 March, on urgent measures to guarantee equal treatment and opportunities between women and men in employment.
In this regard, equality plans shall contain an ordered set of assessable measures aimed at removing the obstacles that prevent or hinder the effective equality of women and men. Prior to this, a negotiated diagnosis shall be prepared, where applicable, with the legal representatives of the workers, and shall include at least the following areas:

Recruitment and selection process.

Occupational classification.

Training.
-
Career advancement.
-
Working conditions, including the pay audit between women and men.

Shared responsibility in the exercise of personal, family and working life rights.

Underrepresentation of women.

Remuneration.

Prevention of sexual harassment and harassment on grounds of sex.
