GENDER IN TRAINING
What does it mean to incorporate the Gender Perspective into teaching?
Incorporating the gender perspective into university teaching involves a reflective process that affects the objectives, the design of the content and competencies of the curriculum and, by extension, the design of the subjects, including the learning outcomes, the contents taught, examples, language used, selected sources, assessment method and management of the learning environment. To successfully accompany the process of incorporating a gender perspective into UV teaching, it is necessary for teaching staff to be able to receive specific training in order to acquire this competence. To this end, this course is offered within the PDI continuing education program.
