Pilar González-Navarro is PhD in Psychology cum laude (Univ. of Valencia, 1994). She is associate Professor of Work and Organizational Psychology in Dpt. of Social Psychology. University of Valencia. Teaching in the area of Social Psychology and Work and Organizational Psychology, in the Chair of Family Business of the Universitat de València of Economy Faculty, and in Erasmus Mundus Master in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology. Member of the Research Unit on Work and Organizational Psychology of the University of Valencia. Member of the IDOCAL (Research institute in Human Resources Psychology, Organizational Development, and Quality of Work). Prof. González-Navarro has published numerous research studies in the discipline in books and international scientific journals such British Journal of Health Psychology, Psychology & Health, International Journal of Conflict Management, Scandinavian Journal of Psychology, etc. Many WOP researchers around the world cite her publications. She has participated as researcher in 10 research projects funded by different official organizations, some of them granted to research excellence groups. She has received three positive evaluations of the research activity in the periods 1998-2006, 2007-2012, 2013-2018 and 5 positive evaluations of the teaching activity. She coordinates several research projects about the impact of organizational and work processes (emotions at work and work conflict) on behaviors and external reactions of employees (satisfaction, quality of life). |

Biography | ||
Francisco J. Gracia (Degree in Psychology -1992- and Doctor in Social and Organizational Psychology -1998- by the Universitat de València), is Associate Professor of the Department of Social Psychology at the Universitat de València. He teaches and coordinates the courses of Personnel Psychology in the Erasmus Mundus Master in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology (https://www.erasmuswop.org/). He also teaches and coordinates the course Psychology of Human Resources in the Bachelor of Psychology. He also teaches in the Master in Management of Human Resources of the Faculty of Social Sciences, as well as in the Doctorate Program with Mention towards Excellence in Psychology of Human Resources. His research activity is carried out within the framework of IDOCAL (https://www.uv.es/idocal), the Research Institute for Human Resources Psychology, Organizational Development and Quality of Working Life. Currently he has two main areas of research. On the one hand, safety culture and safety performance and the implementation of the characteristic processes of high reliable organizations for safety management in high-risk industries. On the other hand, the management of sustainable human resources, that is, the application of human resources policies and practices to achieve the corporate sustainability strategy, and to attract, develop, maintain and regenerate the human resources base. He has published his research in international journals such as Safety Science, Accident Analysis and Prevention, Risk Analysis, Journal of Safety Research, Sustainability, Applied Psychology: An International Review, Journal of Vocational Behavior, and European Journal of Management, among others. He has carried out human resources consulting activities in management training and development, personnel selection, performance management, competencies management, teamwork, innovation, and safety culture, to mention only the most important topics, and for both public and private organizations. |

HERNANDEZ BAEZA, ANA MARIA |

Ana Hernández got her PhD in Psychology in 1998 at the University of Valencia, where she has been associate professor since 2003. She has a double affiliation with the department of Methodology, and the Research Institute for Personnel Psychology, Organizational Development, and Quality of Working Life (IDOCAL). Her main methodological research interests are related to validity of measurement instruments, in general, and scale and item functioning, in particular. She has published about these topics in journals such as Multivariate Behavioral Research, Journal of Applied Psychology and Structural Equation Modeling. She has represented Spain in the EFPA commission for the European accreditation of test users and is member of the Spanish Test Commission within the Spanish Psychological Association. She is current secretary of the AEMCCO (Spanish Association of Methodology of Behavioral Sciences), and member of the executive committee of the EAM (European Association of Methodology). Regarding WOP-P Psychology, her main research interests are related to team climate, leadership, and underemployment. She has recently published on these topics in journals such as Journal of Applied Psychology, European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, and the book Underemployment: Psychological, Economic, and Social Challenges, among others. |

Vicente Martinez-Tur is a full Professor in Organizational Psychology at the University of Valencia. He is member of the IDOCAL (Research Institute of Personnel Psychology, Organisational Development, and Quality of Working Life). He has published numerous research studies in the discipline in books and international scientific journals. He coordinates several research projects about the impact of organizational and work processes (justice, climate, emotional labor) on external reactions of customers (satisfaction, quality of life). He is also interested in the investigation of inter-group relationships. [José Ramos, graduate (1988) and doctor in Psychology (1993, University of Valencia), is full professor of Work and Organizational Psychology. He has been the Director of Social Psychology Department (2015-2021), further Dean of the Faculty of Psychology (2006-2012) and Vicedean of Academic Affairs (1999-2006) in the same University. Dr Ramos has been member of the Executive Committee member of EAWOP (European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology, 2015-2019). From 2010 chairs the National Award Committee of EuroPsy (European Certificate in Psychology) awarded by the Spanish Psychology Association(COP) on the behalf of EFPA (European Federation of Psychologists' Associations). Inés Tomás Marco is Professor in the Department of Methodology of the Behavioral Sciences at the University of Valencia. She has a PhD in social psychology and work and organizational psychology, and she is member of the IDOCAL (Research Institute of Personnel Psychology, Organizational Development, and Quality of Working Life). She has published numerous research studies in the discipline in books and international scientific journals such as: Accident, Analysis & Prevention; International Journal of Testing; Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology; Journal of Safety Research; Journal of Vocational Behaviour; Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology; Risk Analysis; Safety Science; Structural Equation Modeling: A multidisciplinary Journal; The Service Industries Journal, etc. She collaborates in different research projects about topics such as demographic diversity and work teams’ performance, safety behavior in high reliability organizations, leadership, organizational climate, employability and overqualification, job quality, and managing and preventing careless responding. Núria Tordera Santamatilde has a doctorate in psychology and is a senior lecturer at the Social Psychology Department at the University of Valencia. She teaches undergraduate and graduate classes, mainly in organizational psychology, and is co-director of the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree (EMJMD) in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology (WOP-P). She is also participating in other postgraduate programs such as the International Joint Master in research in Work and Organizational Psychology (IJRWOP), the Master in Human Resource Management, and the doctoral program in Psychology of Human Resources. Víctor Valls Royo (degree in Psychology -2007- and Ph.D. in Psychology of Human Resources -2015-, University of Valencia, Spain) is a postdoctoral researcher at the Research Institute on Personnel Psychology, Organizational Development, and Quality of Working Life (IDOCAL). His doctoral dissertation was conducted under the direction of Prof. Vicente González-Romá and Prof. Inés Tomás, and examines the mechanisms linking the influence of work team diversity on team performance. In recent years, he has participated in several research projects and academic initiatives with different research topics (e.g., graduates’ overqualification).
