Teaching, research and administrative staff (PDI, PI and PTGAS) at the University of Valencia may submit their language certificates so they can be recorded in their personnel file, avoiding the need to repeatedly present the certificates in the different administrative processes and applications.

• If the language level certificate includes a secure verification code (or CSV for its acronym in Catalan and Spanish), it must be submitted through the online office, using the University of Valencia’s user credentials (username and password).

In the menus under the “General” tab of the form, select:

1. Type of organ: Serveis universitaris, generals i centrals
2. Addressed body: Servei de Llengües i Política Lingüística
3. Requested process: Unit specific processes
4. Administració

• If the certificate does not have a secure verification code, the application must be made in person:
  • at the administrative headquarters of the Languages Policy Service, during opening hours, with the original and a copy of the certificate.
  • at any registry office of the University of Valencia, only with the original (if the certificate is in a format other than A4, a copy must be provided).
