Complaints about the language of instruction

The teaching languages at the University of Valencia are regulated by the Reglament d'Usos Lingüístics, by the Pla d'increment de la docència en valencià and by the Criteris d'elaboració de l'oferta acadèmica, that are approved for each academic year.

If you have been affected by any breach of these regulations, you can submit a complaint, addressed to the competent bodies in matters of teaching organisation, through the Entreu platform (section Suggeriments, queixes i felicitacions).

In addition to the form above, you can use any other form. Remember to keep a photocopy of the completed document and register your complaint at the University Registry Office (av. de Blasco Ibáñez, 13) or at the secretary's office of your faculty. As a last resort, if you consider that your complaint has not been satisfactorily resolved, you can appeal to the University Ombuds Office.
