The collection of the record centre is composed of documents, from any date, format or material medium, produced or collected by the governing bodies, and the individuals at service of the University of Valencia in the development of their administrative, teaching and research activity. Also by donations or cessions of natural and legal persons outside the university. The record groups are organised and preserved for administrative management and information, as well, as for research and culture.
All documentation produced by the University of Valencia is part of its documentary heritage and its historical memory.
