Coordination and advice on management files
The Intermedite archive provides technical support to the management archives with the aim of organizing the documentation that is sent to the offices.
In the management files, we can find archive documents and informative support documents. The real object of the archive is the first. To differentiate both, it is necessary to look at the following differences:
Archive documents:
They have a serial character and reflect activities that extend over time, constituting themselves in series that correspond to the functions entrusted to each office (personal, academic, works, correspondence, acts ...)
Its purpose is to serve as testimonial and material evidence of the activity entrusted.
Being unique and original copies not edited or reproduced
Administrative support documents:
They are those that have not been produced by the admnistrative activity and that serve as support for the management.
They are not unique or original (they can be reproductions, photocopies, circulars, copies of reports, brochures, reproductions of legislative and normative texts, etc.).
They have no evidence value.
They are not archive documents and therefore in no case must they be sent to the intermediate file
