The Faculty of Philology, Translation and Communication offers our students the opportunity to promote our educational programmes in secondary schools in the regions of Valencia. Students from the Faculty visit schools that request it to inform sixth form and vocational training students about the degrees on offer. Visits take place between October and May each academic year.

This programme is in addition to the visits to the FFTiC as part of the Conèixer Programme. This allows prospective students to familiarise themselves with the facilities and receive information about the different degrees on offer. The visits begin with specific talks on philology and translation degrees, as well as journalism and audiovisual communication, given by the management team and members of the teaching staff. Mentors from the different degree programmes then guide students on a tour of some of the classrooms, the Humanities Library, the campus sports facilities and the Audiovisual Workshop, for those interested in communication. In recent years, around 1,200 students have been welcomed over four days in February.
