The Faculty hosts every year the Olympics for Valencian, Classical and Linguistics Studies, organized by the UV Delegation for Students. Winning students are awarded with a 1000€ grant for their university studies only in case the student joins the UV.
Olympics for Classical Studies: it aims to foster the study of Classical Philology and culture among young people, thus awarding effort and academic excellence and becoming a nexus between HSE and the university. Only students who are learning Greek and/or Latin of 2nd HSE in high schools in the region of Valencia can take part. Participation is individual. The exam includes the current curriculum for Greek and Latin from 1st and 2nd HSE.
