The Center Equality Commission, in order to fulfill its functions, proposes the following objectives:

Equality Policies:

1. To disseminate among faculty, administrative staff and students -as well as society in general-, the equality policies promoted by the Equality Unit of the University of Valencia.
2. To promote initiatives and collect proposals from faculty, administrative staff and students, which encourage the implementation of cultural activities to promote equality.
3. Collaborate with the Unitat d'Igualtat of the UVEG to promote the coordination of the Equality Commissions of the Blasco Ibáñez Campus, through the development of a database that collects the basic information of all persons (PDI, PAS and students) involved, ensuring confidentiality.
4. Collaborate with the Equality Commissions of the Faculties of the Blasco Ibáñez Campus, for the organization of co-financed activities aimed at raising awareness among the university community, on the occasion of the celebration of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women (November 25), and the International Day for Women's Rights and International Peace (March 8).
5. To collaborate with the Vicedeganat de Cultura, Igualtat i Comunicació (FFTiC) for the realization of conferences, round tables and meetings that promote equality.
6. To know how to advise and act to people who request help following the sexual harassment protocol.
