Presentation of the report #Inmigracionalisme2017 and a roundtable about the need of the improvement of the treatment of news on migrations and refugees from the media.

On December 20th, at 10 am, at the Faculty ofFaculty of Language Studies, Translation and Communication, a roundtable will be held around the need to improve the treatment of news on migrations and refugees from the media.

Participants:

• Francesc Martinez, professor of the Faculty of Language Studies, Translation and Communication and member of the Union of Journalists in Valencia.
• Elena Plaza and Monica García, present the Report # Inmigracionalismes2017 of the Red Acoge.
• Laura Julian and Violeta Brull, presents the "10 proposals against the xenophobic speech in the media" in the project "Raise the Voice, Against Discrimination and Hate Crimes" by CEAR PV.

The act will continue in the afternoon, at 7 pm, at the Assembly Room of the Rector Peset College with the roundtable "Forms of fight against discrimination and hate crimes"
