TRANSFER AND INNOVATION SERVICE
In application of point 5 of Management Instruction *IUV 13/2020, which regulates Customer Service and stipulates that in cases where it is essential for users to be present at the Service, an appointment system must be set up when possible. The Transfer and Innovation Service has set up an appointment system for this purpose.
Below are some brief instructions for the use of this system.
To request an appointment from:
- The R+D+I Contracted Section, click here.
- The Innovation and Valorisation Section, click here.
- The International R+D+I Section, click here.
A page will open, where you will be able to:
- Choose the "service" you wish to receive from the selected Section.
- Choose the date and time of the appointment, and the person you would like to meet with.
You must first sign in, then indicate the subject you wish to discuss in your appointment, as well as whether it is possible to complete the appointment via video conference.
Once the appointment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email, sent to the e-mail address indicated in your appointment request. You can cancel and/or change your appointment if you wish to do so.
We will contact you whenever we consider it appropriate to discuss or clarify matters related to your request.
SERVICIO DE TRANSFERENCIA E INNOVACIÓN
En aplicación del punto 5 de la instrucción de Gerencia *IUV 13/2020, por la cual se regula la Atención al público estipulando que en los casos en los cuales sea imprescindible la presencia de los usuarios en el Servicio se habilitará, siempre que sea posible, un sistema de cita previa, el Servicio de Transferencia e Innovación habilita este sistema.
A continuación, se dan unas breves indicaciones del funcionamiento de este sistema.
Para solicitar cita previa de:
- La Sección d R+D+I Contratada, premia aquí.
- La Sección de Innovación y Valorización, premia aquí.
- La Sección de R+D+I Internacional, premia aquí.
Se abrirá un sitio web, en el cual podrá:
- Elegir el “servicio” que deseo recibir de la Sección seleccionada.
- Elegir el dia y la hora de la cita, y la persona que quiere que le atienda.
Tendrá que identificarse, indicar el tema que quiere tratar en su cita, así como si es posible atenderle por video conferencia.
Una vez formulada la cita recibirá confirmación de esta, remitida al correo electrónico indicado en su solicitud de cita. Usted podrá anular y cambiar la cita, cuando así lo deseo.
Nosotros nos pondremos en contacto con Usted siempre que lo consideramos oportuno para acordar o aclarar asuntos que tengan que ver con su solicitud.
