E-VALIJA has two main goals in the UV:

• To be the main corporate communication channel between administrative units in order to share e-documentation intervening in its daily management.
• To be the communication channel between citizens and administrative units through both general and internal applications.

VALIJA was introduced with TACTICA to enable e-file management from VALIJA (P2U). The citizen sees these procedures as additional ones added to the Online Office, although the file management is carried out in VALIJA and not in TRAMITEM like other procedures.
