In this tab you can attach all those documents of the call, the texts of the GDPR and Information tabs and annexes required.

At least one file specifying the call and the text for the GDPR tab is required. It can be attached as a single document or separately in each of the fields displayed in this tab of the form.

Call document: the file with the call, if any, is attached. This file will be reviewed by the LOPD team if necessary. This is the reason for the need to attach this file.

RGPD texts in the 3 languages (Spanish/Valencian/English): This is compulsory. The file containing the text for the GDPR tab in the 3 official languages is attached.

IMPORTANT: due to the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applicable from May 2018 it is necessary to provide us with the specific GDPR text (in the 3 languages) to include in the new form. To do so, please contact our LOPD colleagues (lopd@uv.es). Without the LOPD text, the process cannot go to Production unless we have the express consent of those responsible for the process.
