This tab shows the details of the deadlines for the procedure: whether it admits corrections, allegations, appeals, or other administrative actions.
Period of validity: This is obligatory. It can be Permanent or establish the start and end date of the validity of the procedure:
Otherwise, as the procedures will normally be temporary, this will be the option marked by default:
Start date: The opening date of the procedure is indicated. If the form will only be open for a specific period, this period must be selected.
IMPORTANT: the development of the forms requires time. That is why requests should be made with a minimum of 1 month for simple or unchanged reissues and 2 more months for simple new forms. The system allows you to select such a date shorter than 1 month, but displays a warning as we cannot guarantee timely development and delivery:
For complex forms, opening deadlines would be negotiated with the EADMIN area management or SIUV and those responsible for the procedure.
Completion date: Closing date of the form.
Alternative effective dates: This is mandatory. If "YES" is ticked, a new text box will appear to describe the period concretely.
If "NO" is ticked, then this text box will not appear.
Admits Subsidies: Mandatory. If "YES" is ticked, it must be described.
Admit Allegation: Mandatory. If "YES" is ticked, it must be described.
Admits Appeals: Compulsory. If "YES" is ticked, it must be described.
Deadline for resolution: Deadline within which the resolution must be issued.
Body competent to decide: Body responsible for issuing the decision.
Form of notification / publication: Notice board or decision via SEU (to be described).
Reliable notification: : this is compulsory. "Yes/ NO" Functional decision-maker (in addition to the decision-maker, more functional interlocutors or validators can be included)
Does it terminate the administrative procedure?: this is mandatory. "Yes / NO
Electronic payment: "Yes / NO".
Associated fees: optional.
Annual volume of files: Optional. Indicates the approximate annual volume of files to be processed through the future procedure.
