The report of the University of Valencia's Suggestions, Complaints and Congratulations Mailbox for the 2020-2021 academic year was presented to the Governing Council on the 1st of February 2022.
The main figures for the functioning of the mailbox this academic year are: a total of 2.148 communications were received (complaints, suggestions and congratulations), of which 2.032 were accepted, detailed by type of communication as follows: complaints (80,1%), congratulations (12,9%) and suggestions (7%).
According to the profile of users, the group that has presented more communications is the alumni (89.3%). Regarding gender, 70.3% of users were women.
Finally, according to the type of causes, 55.9% of the communications were related to academic issues, followed by 8.4% relating to management. It should also be noted that in 19.7% of the communications received, users did not specify the specific cause and attributed it to other causes.
