
Announcement of the 30th “Estudi General” European Award for the Popularisation of Science.
The University of Valencia (UV) and the Alzira City Council, in collaboration with Edicions Bromera, have announced the 30th “Estudi General” European Award for the Popularisation of Science, as part of the Ciutat d’Alzira awards. The prize is worth 12,000 euros and the deadline for submitting original works is Sunday 15 September.
The aim of the award is to encourage the production and dissemination of works that, using accessible language, make scientific and technological advancements understandable to the general public, particularly pre-university students. The winning book will be co-published in Catalan by Edicions Bromera and the University of Valencia within the “Sense Fronteres” collection.
