Description of research activity:
This group is postulated as a research group given its nature and trajectory according to regulations. This group was formed in an autonomous and informal way, in order to pursue common interests in the scientific production related to the field of emergencies, emergencies and catastrophes as well as to transfer this teaching through educational methodologies. To this end, we applied to formally join the research groups of this University. Each member of the group has been selected on the basis of their level of experience in the field of hospital and out-of-hospital emergencies and emergencies, as well as in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching. All the members of this research group present a series of strengths in the different stages of a research study, as well as in the relationship with the lines of research proposed. The objectives pursued are to create a base of scientific production in nursing, medical and biomedical care in the field of emergencies, emergencies and disaster situations, as well as in teaching methodologies applied in the field of health, both in the university framework at undergraduate and postgraduate level and in healthcare practice. In this way,...This group is postulated as a research group given its nature and trajectory according to regulations. In this way, it is guaranteed to offer quality care and attention, thus bringing students closer to the world of research. We will work on research lines in the training of students with methods based on experiential learning, simulation and audiovisual methods from the interdisciplinary, on the one hand, and analytical studies through agreements with different centers where the skills acquired are materialized, on the other hand. The general objective is to pursue excellence in scientific production, working on the proposed lines of research, developing projects both in the classroom and of application and usefulness in society, working on transversality and interdisciplinarity and giving visibility to the results in the scientific community and the general population. The studies carried out aim to articulate transversal lines of work between different programs and through multicenter undergraduate and graduate collaborations in which projects related to emergencies and emergencies are already being outlined. The specific objectives pursued are to promote innovation in health and health promotion and education for the population in emergency situations, as well as in teaching methodologies applied in the field of health, both in the university framework at undergraduate and postgraduate level and in healthcare practice to provide quality care and attention in the field of both hospital and out-of-hospital emergencies. We work on lines of research in the training of students with methods based on experiential learning and audiovisual methods, on the one hand, and analytical studies where the skills acquired are materialized. The research group will work internally in the Faculty of Nursing, as well as together with students in research projects (TFM and TFG), to bring them closer to this field. Once the group and its progress have been established, the medium- term objective is to include sustainable development goals (SDGs) in research projects.
