The Web and Marketing Unit of the Universitat de València, as the unit responsible for accessibility, offers communication mechanisms that allow any person to make suggestions and complaints, and also to report any possible difficulty or lack of accessibility found on a UV website or in an application for mobile devices.
Two modalities are distinguished depending on the nature of the communication and the effects and treatments that the Unit has to give.

  • Communications on accessibility requirements Any student, PDI (Teaching and Research Staff), natural person or legal entity may report any possible non-compliance of a web page or application for mobile devices of the Universitat de València, in accordance with the established accessibility requirements. They may also report other difficulties in accessing the content or make any queries or suggestions for improvement regarding the accessibility of the website or application. [+ Info]
  • Requests for accessible information and complaints

Any student, PDI, natural person or legal entity can make complaints regarding compliance with the accessibility requirements established by current regulations and request information regarding content that is excluded from the scope of application. [+info]
