II “A. Olga Quiñones Fernández” Prize
The call for the II Olga Quiñones Prize launches with the objective of promoting the incorporation of gender view in research.
This proposal is part of the fifth central concept of the II Equality Plan of the Universitat de València (2013-2017), dedicated to research and teaching, confirming the will of promoting and strengthening the gender view in the undergraduate degree and postgraduate studies as well as in the research contents.
The prize bears the name of A. Olga Quiñones Fernández, the first woman director of the Equality Unit of our university and a woman linked to this institution and to the fight for gender equality.
The A. Olga Quiñones Fernández Prize aims to award studies in matters of women and gender equality, and presents two modalities: for undergraduate degree final projects (TFG) or equivalent, and for master’s degree final projects (TFM) or equivalent.
