The Registry Assistance Office of the Faculty of Economics of the Universitat de València offers citizens the possibility of obtaining an electronic certificate from the ACCV (Technology and Electronic Certification Agency of the Valencian Community). To obtain this, you can go to the office without needing to make an appointment, provided you do so during the office's opening hours. However, it is advisable to make an appointment in advance to ensure that the procedure is completed.
Applicants must identify themselves by means of their valid NIF, NIE or Spanish passport. Alternatively, if they are foreign citizens, they must provide a valid NIE and passport.

El registre electrònic GEISER (Gestió Integral de Serveis de Registre) està habilitat legalment per a la presentació d’escrits dirigits per membres de la comunitat universitària a altres administracions públiques.
Articles 12 and 27 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, establish that all public sector entities (including public universities) must ensure that citizens can, on the one hand, interact with the Administration through electronic means and, on the other hand, obtain authentic copies of public administrative or private documents.
Below is a list of officials appointed by the University of Valencia, at the registration assistance office of the Faculty of Economics, to identify and authenticate individuals who are not required to interact with the University of Valencia by electronic means and who do not have identification and authentication mechanisms (digital certificate) to act electronically on its Electronic Headquarters.
