All people officially linked with the University, either they have an account or not, are registered in the data basis.

It is possible to consult these data basis as a directory through which a specific person or public data can be tracked down (workplace, telephone number, email address if public, website…).

Additionally, there is a general record in which all people owning a University account are listed according to their job or function.

There are also directories available that include the lists of www individual or group spaces, theme pages, etc.

Group accounts, still (January 2004) do not have a search engine or a publically accessible directory.
