Representation of each year of studies by a delegate and/or sub-delegate will correspond to the students who are studying at the academic level of each degree. They shall be elected for a period of one academic year. For their election, the Vice-Dean's Offices for Studies and Communication and Participation will call for nominations from the student body each academic year during the month of October.
In the event of a single candidacy, the person will be designated. When there is more than one proposal, the option of a system of delegate and sub-delegate will be considered, or a vote will be held among the students of the same year, always during school hours and in a subject in which the whole group is enrolled. When a course does not have any volunteers for the candidacy, the Dean's Office will proceed to choose by lot the person who will assume this responsibility.
The current Dean's team wanted to promote this figure of course representative because it contributes in a positive way to managing possible incidents that may arise during the academic year. It also helps to channel student participation more effectively.

Tasks:
- To communicate to the class the information transmitted by the coordinating teachers of the respective level, either in person or through the creation of groups that allow instant and agile digital communication. They will also be responsible for moderating these communication channels.
- Gather the petitions and demands of the class on academic questions and send them to the course coordinators.
- Gather the requests and demands of the class on organizational and/or space issues and send them to the Vice-Deans for Undergraduate Studies and for Communication and Participation.
