INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO BROADCAST INFORMATION ON THE SCREENS AND ON THE FACULTY OF PHILOLOGY, TRASLATION AND COMMUNICATION’S WEBSITE
1. LOBBY SCREENS

Date: 7 to 10 days before the event
- FILE 1 - POSTER
Technical characteristics: 1920X1080 pixels at a resolution of 72dpi, and a horizontal layout.
2. FFTiC WEBSITE
Send to: audiofil@uv.es
Date: 7 to 10 days before the event. The website can onliy broadcast 6 updates a time. Priority will be given according to date of submission of the proposal and de date of the event.
Submission:
- FILE 1 - WORD DOCUMENT
Charasteristics: given the limitations of the website template, and to facilitate the work of the audiovisual staff, it is required that the submission takes into consideration:
Title: maximum 8-10 words.
Abstract: maximum 40 words.
Event's description [Read more]: maximum 300-400 words.
Languages: the document must be sent in Valencian/Spanish/English.
Optional: link to other websites for more information.
- FILE 2 - IMAGE
It is essential to send an image that represents the event (a poster, a photo of the conference’s plenary speaker, a resource/stock image…). The minimum size for the image file must be 860x602 pixels.
- FILE 3 - PROGRAMME
Programme of the event in a pdf format if wanted to be added in [Programme]
