UV Statutes confer competencies to the Rector to manage the University. In order to ensure proper functioning of the institution, the Rector has the support of the Executive Council, which is delegated with responsibilities to govern the institution.
The current Executive Council comprises the Rector, the General Secretary, the General Manager, the Student Delegate and the following Vice-Rectors:
