To create an own new group, it will be necessary to click on the New own group button. This will make the “New own group” window appear.
In this window, all the data regarding the group to be created are filled. Once factors such as group name in both languages, corresponding unit, area, URL, active or inactive status and reception of general or internal applications are specified, the group members list can be created.
To this end, the user combo is automatically filled with the unit members selected in the “unit” section. Once the user to be added to the group is selected, he will be included in the member list by clicking on the “add” button.
The red icon in the “actions” column allows to eject the user from the new group’s member list. By clicking on the “Accept” button, a new group will be created and it will appear on the group list.
There are two conditions to be met in order to create a new group: all data must be filled and the group must contain at least one member.
Were any of these conditions not met, the group won’t be created y and a message indicating the error will appear.
